AN ANACORTES WEDDING : ERIC & KIMEE
There’s some people you meet in life that make you excited for change, thrills and adventure. Kimberlee is TOTALLY that person. She just goes for it and I LOVE that about her :) When I decided to take a leap and pursue photography – weddings, that is – Kimee met me for coffee and let me ask her, LITERALLY, every question under the sun about the biz. She was patient, giving and happy to help me. She’s an amazing person and friend. She’s an amazing photographer herself and teaches others how to be one in the world of Boudoir. You see, she’s half of the Boudoir Divas :) So, of course, when she asked me to shoot her wedding, I A) got really nervous and intimidated as I’ve never shot another photographer friends’ wedding before! and B) I didn’t hesitate. And, I had never met Eric until the wedding day, so I was excited to meet him and give him a big high five for marrying an incredible woman…And he lived up to the hype! He’s amazing, amazing for her and I am SO SO thrilled I was a part of this incredibly beautiful day. Another plus: My family and I got to take our first family vacation to Anacortes, WA for the wedding! It was SO fun and breathtaking. I think about going back at least once a week. I’ll hopefully get around to posting those personal photos one day soon :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I just wanted to throw up a quick post to say Merry Christmas from my little family to yours! I will be taking the next week off, so if you don’t hear from me right away, please know that I am spending sweet time with my family and resting my brain…but I am SO pumped for the new year in 2012!!!
